Telling the Right Story
Todd Leonard's story is foundational to the firm's vision and mission. Todd's father was also an attorney, and Todd's experience of seeing how his father helped clients was pivotal in his decision to become an attorney. We realized telling this story was critical to helping clients connect with the firm.
However, Todd also wanted the site to connect future clients with the whole team. The site features testimonial videos and examples of the firm's community involvement to tell the story of teamwork and dedication. It also employs custom photography to show attorneys and staff working together. Helping clients connect with the legacy and mission of the paid off in higher conversions.
Long Form Pages
When we began building long-form pages for the firm, the website was already filled out with a considerable amount of content. Unfortunately, the content did not answer the questions visitors most commonly asked.
CLM worked to update the firm's core practice area pages with content and graphics that better explained the law and reassured future clients about the process of filing a claim.
These updates took the content out of the area of legal abstraction and made it approachable. The long-form pages became a resource with helpful information rather than a treatise about the law that visitors found difficult to apply to their own lives. After these updates, goal completions soared.
