We decided to help maximize conversions and contact form use by developing a series of local pages that make it easy for clients from across South Carolina to find and contact the firm. Additionally, we added calls to action throughout the pages after compelling content items.
We also placed more emphasis on results, testimonials, and direct quotes from the attorneys, reflecting the experience people can expect from the firm.
After these changes, the firm is receiving 56 percent more contact form inquiries.
Informative Guides
Over the past several years, updates to Google's algorithm have made it less likely that visitors will land on a law firm's home page and more likely they will land on a relevant subpage.
To take advantage of this trend, CLM developed a series of online guides. These guides take an in-depth look at a single topic supported by statewide and national statistics. These pages improve help improve each page's rankings in search results and reinforce the firm's position as a trusted authority to potential clients.

Long-Form Pages
In addition to developing study reports and guides, we also enhanced the new website's core practice area pages. Doing this produces the same positive results.
On the new practice area pages, we updated the content and broke it up into sections that can easily be scanned by users. We structured each page to begin with a result and testimonial, followed by a FAQ, to quickly show future clients the benefits of hiring the firm.
And we supplemented the content with infographics illustrating the topics being discussed on the page. All these tactics help keep visitors reading.
